The POPIA Compliance solution offered by POPI Compli was designed by an experience team of professionals to enable a simpler yet effective solution to POPIA compliance.
The POPI Compli content was developed by Natasha Jansen, a senior attorney who already has over 7 years of POPIA compliance experience. This experience spans over the entire POPIA compliance journey, from training and awareness, legal advice on POPIA compliance, POPIA implementation assistance and the drafting of Privacy related documents, policies and agreements. Much of her POPIA compliance experience was gained during her employment at JSE listed company Life Healthcare Group, where she managed and advised on the Group’s Information Privacy (POPIA) awareness and implementation project for four years, after which she established her own commercial legal practice to focus on building her own Commercial Law and Data Privacy footprint. Since then, Natasha has consulted on many high profile POPIA compliance projects, particularly within the Healthcare Industry.
